17 Graham Hill has been so good to me. I would love to share this place with someone who will love it as much as I do. Move in as early as July 15th.

1040 sqft, 2 Bed, 1.5 Bath, 2 Parking Spaces (with extra guest parking), In-Unit Laundry, Heat Pumps, Updated Plumbing Fixtures & Bidet, Basement Storage, Deck, Ample Shared Yard Space with Garden Beds, Samsung Smart TV Included. This townhouse is in a 26 unit community of lovely neighbors consisting of a mix of owners and renters. The development was built in 1984. Unit’s kitchen and floors were updated in ~2019.

I am currently asking $2600/month (utilities NOT included) with a security deposit to hold the rental. Pro-rated first month’s rent (depending on the settled move-in date) is to be paid upon move-in. Renters may decide if they would like or how much they would like to put down for last month’s rent upon move-in.

I am open to either a 1 year or 2 year least depending on the renter. If your application is accepted, I ask applicants provide proof of their own credit checks.

Your landlord would be walking distance up the street. I am open to you painting and making light cosmetic updates to the unit with approval.

As of right now Pets are allowed in the development for unit owners only, not renters. Each unit is only permitted 2 Cats (max), 2 Dogs (max), or 1 of each. No tank pets (reptiles/fish/other exotic pets) or rodents. I will consider pets on a case-by-case basis but will have to take it to our housing association for approval.
